Dr. Danielle Pelletier grew up in Fort Kent, Maine, where she graduated from the Fort Kent Community High School. She went on to attend St. Joseph’s College of Maine and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in biology. She continued on to her Doctor of Optometry degree at the New England College of Optometry in Boston.

Commissioned to Captain in the US Army following graduation, Dr. Pelletier served as a staff optometrist at Martin Army Community Hospital at Fort Benning, Georgia. After three years of service, she continued to work with the Department of Defense as a civilian optometrist at Fort Drum, New York. Before joining the Maine Optometry team, she worked at Martin’s Point Health Center. Dr. Pelletier has been practicing at both our Freeport and Brunswick offices since early 2017.

Dr. Pelletier has two boys and enjoys any time she gets to spend with her family. She also loves to travel and explore new places.
